Contacting the Customer Service Department

You can reach our customer service department by e-mail or telephone. We are available to answer phone calls during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm CST). If it is outside of business hours, you can send an e-mail to customerservice@horseycouture.net

Please only click submit ONE TIME when finalizing your order. Duplicate orders will be subject to normal Returns and Exchanges policy.

Paying with Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as payment for your order. State and local tax laws regulate when sales tax must be collected and the rates at which to collect. Horsey Couture will collect the applicable sales tax in the states in which it has business operations. If you are located outside of Texas, please consult your local tax requirements relative to your purchase.

Please provide the “bill to” address EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING STATEMENT. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be declined or delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. If your credit card is declined during checkout, please verify that you have provided your billing information correctly. Multiple checkout attempts may cause your credit card company to place multiple authorization holds against your credit cards available credit line. Once you have submitted an order, your card will be automatically charged.

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Your order will begin processing within 1-5 business days of the order being placed, and should be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being processed. Shipping transit time will be in addition to order processing time, and typically takes 5-10 days. We do not offer overnight / same day shipping and processing.
Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

If your item is backordered, you will be contacted as soon as we become aware of the item being out of stock.

How to Change Your Order

If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing or calling us. If your order has not begun processing, we may be able to correct it. However if your order is in processing and cannot be stopped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. Please note: the order notes section is for requests only; you cannot add or change your order via the order notes section.

Returns and Exchanges

While we take pride in every Horsey Couture product, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return. All returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days of purchase in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and must contain all tags and packaging. Horsey Couture is not responsible for the cost of returning the item. No COD returns will be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return. Any return received after 15 days of purchase may be denied.

In the event your package was damaged in transit, email within 2 business days of receiving package to customerservice@horseycouture.net.  Keep all packaging for inspection by courier.

We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.

Include a copy of your original packing slip, with a description of the reason for return.

If you’re returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded less shipping and a 15{66fc219778037a5724ab77564161d99cd2fb4f4ff0d64fe1486f8a2fe6785b6e} restocking fee.

If you would like to exchange an item, please ship your item back to the address below. As soon as the item is received, you will be refunded less the shipping fees. The restocking fee will be waived, and you will be able to replace the order for the correct item.

If your package is returned marked undeliverable, refused or unclaimed, you will be refunded less shipping charges, and a 15{66fc219778037a5724ab77564161d99cd2fb4f4ff0d64fe1486f8a2fe6785b6e} restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days of receiving the item. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Sales Promotions/Coupon Codes

Customer must enter coupon code when entering their order. You can enter the coupon code when in your shopping cart below the subtotal. Once the order has been placed there are no refunds for the cost difference from the regular price to the sale price if the customer failed to enter the coupon code when placing their order.

Cancelling an Order

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it begins processing. If we are contacted immediately after the order is placed, we will do our best to cancel or correct the order; however, if it is already in processing, you will need to follow the return policy.

Gift Certificates

Sales of gift certificates are final. The e-mail address entered in “Recipient E-mail Address” category is sent a gift certificate code directly after payment is received and therefore cannot be canceled and refunded. Gift certificate codes can be entered in the “Coupon/Promotion Code” field of your shopping cart.
